The event will be held in the Crystal Cove State Park, on the cliffs overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Due to the location, there are special parking and access instructions:

Follow Pacific Coast Highway to Crystal Cove State Park Trancos parking area (on your left as you travel south). Enter the parking lot and notify the gatehouse that you are attending the Bisbee-Owen event to access pre-paid parking fees. You do not have to pay this fee if you are arriving via rideshare--only if you are parking a vehicle. There will be a private shuttle available in the Trancos parking lot to take you to and from the venue.

Located 10 minutes from the wedding venue. This is a boutique hotel with a pool, restaurant, and rooftop bar. It is walking distance to the restaurants at Lido Village and to the beach with a beach shuttle service and beach equipment.

Enjoy a true Newport experience renting a home along the Newport Beach peninsula! Consisting of 5 continuous miles of flat sandy beautiful beach, the peninsula juts out southwest into the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy sunbathing, playing beach volleyball, going for a bike ride or surfing at the beach - all within walking distance!

You can explore this area by driving around onto the peninsula or taking the Balboa Ferry across the harbor. The fun zone is filled with amusing shops, games and quick bites! Walk across the street and visit the Pier and boardwalk!

What will the weather be like?

Although we can’t predict the exact weather, temperatures in Southern California in June are typically around 70 degrees during the day and 60 degrees at night.

Are kids invited?

We want you to be able to relax and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to celebrate with us.

What is the dress code?

Each event has the corresponding dress code on the events page. The ceremony and reception will take place on grass so a block heel is suggested!

What time should I arrive?

Please plan on arriving at 3:45 p.m. to give yourself time to find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m.

Can you provide a babysitter recommendation?

Yes! We love that some of you are making a family trip out of the wedding weekend and are happy to help. Please reach out to Kelly or Stephen to get connected with child care options

Will there be transportation?

We will have shuttle service to the wedding venue on Saturday from both the Hyatt Regency and the Ayres Hotel. After the reception, shuttles will be available to take guests from the venue to the after-party at Muldoon's
